Summer Fiesta Salad

Almost every work day, my friend and i eat salads from Hale and Hearty. We've created a ton of different combos. The latest inspired us to keep track of all the meddlies we've come up with. Here's our first entry:

- romaine
- avocado
- corn
- red beans
- roasted red peppers
- carrots
- tortilla chip strips
Chopped.
- lemon vinaigrette.
